" I am a firm believer that we are not meant to go through our lives alone, but that often lifes struggles can leave us feeling alone and isolated. Even when our well intended friends and family try to help us, sometimes there are just things that they arent equipped to help us with; and we can end up feeling more alone and misunderstood than we did before. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety, divorce/break-up, co-parenting, chronic illness , or other challenging life curve-balls, I am here to walk alongside you.
