About Us

Inspired by the mind-body-spirit guidance I have received on my own healing journey, I offer a holistic approach towards healing for women struggling with anxiety, trauma (including childhood sexual abuse), substance use, relationships, loss/grief, PMDD, learning differences, and the needs of the empath/highly sensitive person. As an empath, I understand that a warm, genuine, non-judgmental, loving energy is of utmost importance for us sensitive (or in-tune) individuals when entering the vulnerable space of therapeutic work. I support women navigate this beautiful and challenging trait so they can protect their peace. Often we “get trapped in the mind and free in the body.” Quieting, befriending the noise of our mind, tuning into our inner knowing and feeling our true "yes" and "no,” is so empowering. , We all have the ability to release what is no longer serving us to create a life that feels in alignment with our values, purpose, and our highest Self- in turn we feel lighter, connected, happier, and more confident in who we are.
