Hi! Thanks for meeting me here! My practice, Waypoint Partnerships, is a mental health counseling and personal growth practice designed to come alongside people on their distinctive wellness journeys while encouraging, challenging, supporting, and inspiring them to live courageously. My practice supports this mission through two modalities: Waypoint Walk + Talk and Telehealth: Walk + Talk are sessions designed to transport therapy to the trails and other local community spaces to engage in counseling while walking, sitting on park benches, or enjoying the view from a pavilion. Telehealth sessions are also available. , I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado and Pennsylvania and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist who is devoted to therapeutic alliance and setting holistic wellness goals. I utilize an open-label approach to therapy that centers itself on a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients in order to address their presenting concerns. , I believe sustainable change is produced through genuine alliance and relationship with those around you. I have discovered one of the best ways to foster deep, authentic connection is through movement in the vastness of the outdoors, rather than in the confines of an office.
