Christine believes that healing comes from within, and the body was designed to heal itself. She is passionate and knowledgeable about integrative mental health as well as functional nutrition. She is dedicated to educating clients on living in true health and restoring imbalances to achieve strength and wellbeing. She has over 35 years work experience within and outside alternative healthcare and is excited to help people recapture the life they are meant to live. She has coached many clients into dynamic life transformation through counseling, coaching, and nutrition and lifestyle changes. , I work with individuals experiencing stress/anxiety/trauma; substance use struggles; depression; childhood and relationship issues; life transitions - divorce, grief/loss, illness, and parenting concerns. My style integrates various techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, Strengths-based, and more), and I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs and goals. , We do not necessarily bring about our troubles… Sometimes, we simply forget that we are meant for more! It is not about attracting good things to our life, it is about remembering that we already have the good.
