" I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) since 2017. I have had the opportunity to work with multiple populations, including refugees, survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence, individuals struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse and sexual addictions. Seeing peoples hope and desire to survive has always inspired me as a counselor, which pushes me to provide empathy for all those I have the honor of working with. I am a Level Two EMDR therapist, with eight years of trauma informed care working with PTSD, depression and anxiety. ", I have 3 years of experience working with sexual compulsivity issues, attachment issues, and sexual dysphoria. I provide an emotion-based approach to Cognitive Behavioral therapy that will focus on supporting you, as you minimize your triggers, reveal your own strengths, and find calm. , Looking for support can be scary, that’s why I bring genuineness to the room, in the hopes of making the journey easier.
