About Us

I am an experienced trauma therapist with a profound passion for helping individuals heal from their emotional wounds. My journey into the world of trauma therapy began with overcoming my own trauma. I have extensive training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Somatic Experiencing. My goal is to help clients get to the other side, and beyond what is causing distress and internal discord. We each have the capability, and right, to live our best life. Therapy helps us understand our history in new and healthier way , Traumatic events can create a repetitive mental tape that can triggered by seemingly random events. These memories are intrusive and impact our relationships and can be debilitating. We cannot change the past, but with therapy we can create a different relationship with these events.
