About Us

My goal as a Licensed Professional Counselor is to offer professional care on a personal level to clients in Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. My focus is on working with individuals, families and couples from all walks of life that are open to learning and growing. If you are struggling with shame or frustrated that things seem to be beyond your control, then I would like to help you discover what can help you find freedom. Whether the barrier is depression, anxiety, addiction, sexual issues in your relationship, or establishing healthy boundaries, there is hope and freedom. , I have extensive post-graduate training for counseling sexual disorders, trauma, and abuse. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, and individuals and their families recovering from alcohol and drug addiction, as well as sex addictions. I am also a CCE Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS).
