I love working with adolescents, college students and young adults but regardless of your stage of life I would love the opportunity to sit across from you and hear your story. I specialize in working with clients who may be trying to figure out how to cope with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, eating disorders, life transitions and career changes. , I want to create a safe, non judgmental, and compassionate space for you to process your current season. My hope is to help you develop tools that not only will help you in your present circumstances, but that you will be able to utilize in the future as well. , I know that taking the step to go to counseling can be one of the most vulnerable.
