" Welcome! My name is Cat and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I currently provide individual and couples therapy. I work with a range of clinical presentations including anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorders, PTSD, and obsessive compulsive disorders, as well as those who have complex trauma histories. I believe in providing a holistic approach that honors the many different intersections each person has, so Im excited to learn more about you and your needs to be able to tailor your sessions specifically to you. ", My approach to therapy includes influences from Attachment Theory, Feminist Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. My passion for therapy lies in making treatment accessible for all populations. I have experience working with clients with LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence, including clients with Autism and other developmental disabilities. , My hope is to create a trusting and safe therapeutic environment that allows for you to experience unconditional acceptance and empowerment in therapy.
