As such, I strive to provide competent and effective care in a safe, non-judgmental space. Your mental health needs are important, and our therapeutic alliance will create a space where your needs come first. , There is no “one size fits all” in therapy; therefore, I adopt an integrative approach using evidence-based practices to meet the needs of the individual I am partnering with.
