Many of our wounds are stored in the body and we must speak the language of the nervous system in order to understand and heal them. Our work will address symptoms and stuckness at this level, which has the power to rewire habitual responses that formed around early attachment difficulties or trauma throughout the lifespan. , For a decade, I have trained in mindfulness practices, which allow me to support clients in forming a connection to a sense of well-being and wisdom that is not dependent on external circumstances. I specialize in sex therapy and relationship counseling, using the technique of Somatic Experiencing to address past trauma that may be impacting your present. , My therapeutic approach hinges upon my capacity to stay present with whatever comes up.
