I am a counselor that approaches therapy in a calm, compassionate, nonjudgmental way. I find humor and laughter to be among the most healing things humans can share. I work to empower my clients while keeping them accountable to their personal goals for growth. Radically loving, understanding, and accepting yourself will always be a goal as that is our primary relationship from which all others are able to flourish. , In sessions, I often encourage my clients to tap into their childlike ways through artistic expressions. Artistic ability is not a prerequisite! Tension and trauma stay stuck in the body, so I incorporate movement and breathing techniques as well.
