About Us

I work to help people be the best version of themselves and to have the most fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. This looks different for everyone and is dependent on what you want to get out of working together in therapy. You get to decide who you want to be and I would be honored to help you in that noble pursuit. I am comfortable discussing fears, day to day struggles, existential concerns, trauma, childhood, relationships, strengths, fascinations, love, failure, success, understanding and anything else that life has been bringing your way. , My background is in psychology, social work, resource navigation, pet care, and being a neighbor, a friend, a sister, a daughter, a partner, a dog parent and a deeply feeling human being. I have a love of people, pets, learning, growth and connection. I do not have a one size fits all approach but aim to be strengths based and trauma informed. , I welcome those who are neurodivergent, differently abled, hurting, shut out or who have been otherwise isolated.
