I work with children, adolescents, and young adults-helping my clients deepen their connections and relationships in a way that gives them the skills needed to not only work through difficult times but to thrive in the better times. To do this, I utilize a client centered, integrated, and creative approach. , I recognize that, especially for young people, movement can be a key ingredient in the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy helping clients explore this by incorporating walks, skate skiing, skateboarding, basketball, and art when appropriate and helpful. , I work very hard to remain open and to develop a strong therapeutic alliance so that clients feel safe and we have a strong foundation to work from.
