My approach is grounded in meeting you where you are at and believe humor, compassion, as well as listening go a long way. I also understand we all have multiple parts of our identities and roles to navigate so I will take a holistic view to navigating the challenges you are facing. In addition, I have specialized training in Marriage, Couples, and Family counseling so if you need support with relationships, lets dive in. ", I specialize in working with clients struggling dual-diagnosis, substance misuse, relationship issues, and mental health concerns. We can work on navigating challenges through processing trauma, emotional regulation, boundary setting, addressing thought patterns and more.
