About Us

I work with young women, millennials, teen girls, and young couples. Get support to help build boundaries, work on relationships, learn coping skills to deal with anxiety & stress, talk through life changes & challenges, big decisions, small decisions, or anything else. We can also work on self-esteem, self-image, managing time & sleep, talking through family changes or social struggles. For couples: Move your relationship challenges in a positive & productive way. For career counseling: Maybe you are not fulfilled or have a different dream or have no direction.... career counseling is a process that can help bring clarity. I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and building coping skills to handle life challenges. In summary: I will help you to live life intentionally with a few extra tools. , I am here for you to talk about anything you would like to. We will focus on what you would like to work on and come up with goals together (I can help with these too). Then we will use your own values to work through the challenges you may be facing. I am never here to judge, only to understand and to support you wherever you are at.
