About Us

My counseling philosophy is very person-centered, which I believe creates an open, non-judgmental space for my clients to feel safe. I value establishing a strong therapeutic alliance so you can feel seen and heard in ways that empower you to set and reach your therapeutic or life goals. I utilize a variety of counseling interventions including CBT, DBT, and therapeutic play, and I value humor and creativity! I also have experience with the LGBTQIA+ community and know firsthand some of the some of the challenges that come with being a part of that community. , I work for KidStuff Counseling, Sondermind, and Headway so no matter what insurance you have, I can more than likely accept it somewhere. No matter what platform, I do rely heavily on cognitive behavioral therapy, which is just a fancy way to say I help you recognize and change any patterns that might be contributing to your symptoms and/or stress. , KidStuff has an understanding staff who will answer/return calls to help schedule your initial session; they handle all of the billing for you and are committed to making the therapy process low-stress.
