I am passionate about providing the latest evidence-based & trauma-informed interventions, education, & nervous system regulation skills to help individuals regain their personal power. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional and/or narcissistic dysfunction & abuse, addiction (or living with someone who is addicted), & those surviving interpersonal and intimate-partner violence at any point in their process.
