My name is Bethany Ferguson and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Baltimore, Maryland. I am licensed in Maryland and Colorado. I have multiple years of experience in helping adolescents and adults navigate life transitions cope with symptoms related to mood disorders (such as anxiety and depression) and build meaningful life skills that can be used throughout life. , I use evidence-based methods based in ACT and CBT practices. I have worked with individuals with ages across the lifespan but specialize in the young adult population. I do specialize in working with clients as they navigate challenges related to multi-racial identity, anxiety/OCD and life transition adjustments. While these are areas that I have experience , I am not afraid of a new diagnosis. I am comfortable with researching to personalize to your therapeutic needs or make a referral to the correct provider for you in appropriate situations.
