I am passionate about working with couples, individuals and families to find their way out of feeling stuck, disconnected or broken and to help them move towards wholeness, integration and connection. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relational conflict, sexual problems or infidelity, I can help you find your strength to face these challenges in a new way. , I can help you understand your problems from a holistic perspective that includes the head, heart, and body, and looks at root causes in addition to visible symptoms. I combine different attachment, relational and experiential therapy models and have received training in Emotionally Focused Therapy as well as Developmental and Relational Trauma Treatment. , Part of being human is to experience loss, pain and suffering.
