It’s easy to get overwhelmed with the variety of challenges that life throws at us. I’m here to help you navigate through these challenges in a way that allows you to be authentically you. It takes courage to make the decision to begin your path to healing, reflection and acceptance and I aim to walk alongside you and empower you to keep moving forward. With that partnership comes the importance of gaining trust, which I know can be easier said than done. I come from a place of understanding and personal warmth, and I value the use of humor in my therapeutic relationships. , I have experience and passion in working with those who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues including trauma, depression and anxiety. I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as a Licensed Addiction Counselor and work from a client centered and relational approach to ensure that your therapy is what you need it to be. , You’ve already made the step to find a therapist, which shows you recognize the need for a change. I know change isn’t always easy and can be daunting at times. I am here to help you invest in yourself and make moves to be the best you can be.
