I believe that most parents are trying their best and with a little support will learn to trust their instincts and build emotionally intelligent homes. , With 20+ years of working with families in ECE, I create a nurturing and safe environment where you can express yourself, process difficult experiences, and build positive coping skills. I work from a person centered approach and have training in multiple modalities. My goal is to help you to live more authentically while finding more joy in your daily life.
