About Us

Are you confused about why you are feeling the way you are feeling? Do you wish things were different? Are you feeling disconnected from others or yourself? Current neuroscience and research tells us that about 95 percent of the way we think, feel, and act is unconscious and automatic. In my practice, I help people understand why they are acting, feeling, and thinking they are so they can begin change their internal reality. I partner with my client’s to educate and empower them to understand themselves better so they can begin to live more intentionally and pursue their passions in meaningful ways. , I take a relational approach to therapy and use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and Somatic Experiencing to help my client’s make meaningful changes.
