Seeking out therapy can be incredibly difficult, and the fact that you are here means you are looking for transformative healing. We do the best we can with the information available to us. Sometimes, the way that we have handled challenges of the past, are no longer serving us. This is where I come in, to give you the tools to tackle challenges that are causing stress in your life. I want to walk beside you in a journey of self-discovery that helps you take back your life. We will create a space together in which no subject is too taboo, and I will accept you for exactly who you are. , A specialty of mine is working with teenagers, ages 13 to 18. With the teen years comes a delicate balance of navigating the safety of youth, with the exploration of independence. These are the crucial years in which teens are finding their voice and I am here to help them do that. , I use a combination of dialectical behavioral therapy and existentialism to help you find meaning and peace in your life. I have experience working with trauma, depression, anxiety, and variety of personality disorders. I understand how powerful it is to have a therapist that holds hope for you and believes in you, even when you may not believe in yourself.
