Welcome! I specialize in working with adult children of (and/or partners to) narcissists, those with borderline personality disorder, and the emotionally abusive/immature. My clients say they’re relieved to have found a therapist who "gets" them. I am ready to "get" and care for you, too. I am here to help. I am an evidence-based therapist who incorporates neuroscience, my AEDP training, and information about how the brain works to sustain meaningful change. We will explore the deep pain and trauma you have experienced and discover together how you can be the person you’d like to be, heal, change, and/or grow. , If you have been feeling alone, you are alone no longer.
