I work primarily with women who are in the midst of life change- be it career or relationship transition, deciding to become a parent, or managing life postpartum. I love working with clients who are hoping for a more authentic, joyful future and are looking for ways to get there. Through these two modalities I can help heal past trauma and connect more deeply with yourself in the present moment.
