I believe that we are each wired for connection, and through deep intimacy and secure relationships we can experience healing, change, and growth. I believe we thrive when we experience acceptance, freedom, and authenticity in the context of relationship with others. I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and families and seeing relationships and families restored, connections deepened, and personal growth take place. , My therapeutic approach stems from Attachment theory and Family Systems theories. I specialize in EFT and EMDR. I believe each person is unique and, therefore, I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy. In order to individualize therapy with each client to meet their unique needs, I incorporate many theories and techniques into my work. , I believe we each contain the possibility of becoming the person we were designed to be: healed, whole, and thriving. I want to walk with you to find restoration, connection, and help you to thrive. I have additional training in family and marriage therapy, and am trained in EMDR.
