First it was gun violence, then it was climate change. Now we are faced with this severe pandemic that many of us have ever faced in our life time. We here at Alpine Awareness Wellness Ctr are feeling some of the same anxiety, depression and fear as you are and would like to share with you specific coping skills for handling this unprecedented situation. , In response to Covid-19, we are only providing video/teletherapy. , In response to Covid-19, we are providing daily group video/teletherapy to help with dealing with the anxiety and depression.
