Hi! Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. I am a licensed clinical social worker with 14+ years of clinical experience. I am a certified Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT), Certified Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), and trained in Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe my reason in life is to serve, empower, and help people on their journey toward becoming their best selves. I followed my passion for assisting people to thrive by obtaining a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior at UC Irvine and an MSW in 2007 from CSULB. , I have worked in several clinical settings, including nonprofits, hospitals, and schools. I have experience counseling couples and individuals (adults and children) and facilitating groups. I also have experience working with mothers with high-risk pregnancies and postpartum issues, as well as pregnancy loss and pregnancy termination. , " I have received specialized training in maternal and infant health, as well as womens health and reproductive issues.
