I have a teaching credential from Sierra Nevada College and a bachelor of science degree in nutrition from Cal Poly Pomona. I have many years of experience working with adults, children, and parents, helping them to heal and function more effectively in their lives. , I have worked in many areas of the social work field. These areas include community mental health, medical social work as a hospice social worker, dialysis social worker, and hospital discharge planner/medical social worker. , I utilize interventions such as Brainspotting, EMDR, mindfulness, CBT, CRM, Solution Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Parent Management Training.
