Are you in a relationship where the spark is not as bright, and the communication doesn’t feel as easy as it used to? Well let me just say that the relationship that we have with ourselves as well as the relationship that we have with others have changed over the past two years. We have had to navigate through the unfathomable and trying to get back to the way things used to be or finding a new sort of normal can feel , distant or difficult to reach. I help sort through these overwhelming emotions to help you reclaim your power, so you feel more in control of your life in a way that is real to you. I help to define the relationship you would like to have with yourself as well as work through the blocks, because the greatest relationship that you will have is the one that , you will have with yourself. I also work with couples to help manage the relationship. I am certified in Brainspotting and approach treatment by addressing the mind and the body because what happens in the mind happens in the body. My approach is to individualize treatment to your specific needs. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
