Therefore, you can feel empowered, rejuvenated, and enthusiastic about life again. , I have experience working with individuals who struggle with issues stemming from substance abuse, LGBTQIA+ issues, and personality disorders. In my practice, I utilize CBT, DBT, Psychodynamic theory, and attachment theory to help clients experience healing that involves engaging both the mind and body. , I also specialize in couples and family therapy.
