I worked many years in a treatment facility in addiction. Now in private practice I help in recovery work, identifying how addiction was a symptom of coping with emotions and life. There are other solutions. , I specialize working with couples who are stuck or in gridlock. I share insights on understanding the emotional logic in communication, challenging ineffective communication styles and providing practical wisdom.
