My LGBTQIA2S+ clients are acutely in tune with authenticity. At times, this quality can cause life to feel heavy and overwhelming. The worry, stress or fear can cause folx to feel stuck. The things that once helped, no longer work. Many of my clients have experienced depression, anxiety and trauma. Our journey together can help navigate these things and create a map for what is next. This is where authenticity becomes an asset. As a queer woman, I know identity is a piece of the whole person. I personally know depression, anxiety and panic can feel like too much.
