About Us

Anxiety, stress, anger, conflict, trauma, and depression can impact our sleep, productivity at work or school, and relationship with our loved ones. Memories from our past can cause discomfort or lead to difficulties being present. They can also cause worry or uncertainty about the future and impact our physical health. It can feel overwhelming or isolating trying to cope with these emotions. It is during these times that outside help may be beneficial to help us overcome these challenges and work towards regaining our optimal emotional health. , I use a client-centered approach to help clients restore their sense of balance. I provide guidance through my expertise in cognitive, relational, and mind-body therapy while remaining collaborative and respectful of your individuality, culture, and background.
