Life is complex. I can be that empathetic therapist that sits with you; validating, teaching, facilitating parts work (IFS) and trauma processing, and working to relieve distress, pain, fear, or relationship challenges. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) which is an evidence based and effective treatment for trauma. Using an integrative approach to therapy and using the right interventions; anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, dependency, and co-addictions can be treated effectively. I also help those experiencing narcissistic abuse or navigating divorce and other grief experiences. , I can assist you in making desired changes as you benefit from psychoeducation and increased personal insight. Trauma focused care helps clients get "unstuck" or repair from life events or destructive relationships that interfere with current self-esteem, contentment, and/or healthy relationships. If utilized, EMDR can facilitate amazing breakthroughs. , Additionally, I work with clients experiencing grief from loss, including but not limited to: loss of trust in a relationship, illness, the end of a relationship, death of a family member or friend, or employment changes or loss.
