About Us

I work with couples and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship distress, phase of life issues, and loss of self. I also work with men on emotional tolerance, emotional expression, self-advocacy, crises of purpose, and gaining comfort with vulnerability. We all face our own unique challenges in our everyday lives. These challenges can range from inspiring to overwhelming, from motivating to diminishing, and anything in between. Sometimes it can be relatively easy to get lost in the vast ocean of life, and we may not even realize anything is off until we are already lost at sea, adrift amongst the waves. , Through the use of metaphor, extensive exploration, and some occasional humor, I work collaboratively with my clients to help identify the underlying patterns impacting their lived experiences. I aid my clients in confronting these patterns through a warm but direct approach to help develop further insight and generate change. , Commonly explored themes in my practice include: control, shame, anger, value, meaning, purpose, pain, redemption, fear, identity, persona, loneliness, and belonging.
