About Us

As a relational therapist, I specialize in experientially working with self-discovery, relationship health, intimacy, and attachment. I find what is often missing in our lives are the deeply attuned connections where we feel heard, seen and understood. My goal is to create a space for people who want to face what’s blocking them so that they can live fully integrated lives. Generally, I operate from an intersection of neuroscience, attachment framework and a deep understanding of relational dynamics. In my practice I welcome all individuals, couples, and folks in multi-partner/poly relationships across the entire sexuality spectrum. , My specialty is working with couples in uncovering the entrenched patterns that are repeatedly being triggered whether consciously or unconsciously. This allows us to acknowledge the pain of the past while finding a way into a new reality. Together we can re-wire your relationship patterns to help you move towards connection, acceptance, embodiment and play! , Trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), I offer individual and relationship therapy in-person and online. I offer compassionate understanding to all the parts of you that have felt unwelcome or have been hidden away, the parts that take over when you get activated, and the parts of you that you may not like.
