My calling is to work with people who are struggling with chronic stress or trauma, grief, parenting, and climate distress. My training in transpersonal therapy, Somatic EMDR, Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness can help you rewire your nervous system, shift emotional and trauma patterns, reframe your vision of your life, and reclaim joy. , I also work with climate professionals, scientists, journalists, educators, policymakers, activists, caring professionals, parents & others who are struggling to sustain showing up for the world in change-making ways. I offer individual therapy, workshops, groups and experiences that help people reconnect with their emotions, resilience and sense of purpose. , It is possible to carve out space for joy in your life.
