Sometimes we all hold on to issues longer than we need too - but in the context of a healthy therapeutic relationship, it is amazing how much healing can take place. Trained in family systems theory and intersectionality, I have found it can also be helpful to incorporate Expressive-Play Therapies (including sand tray), alongside more traditional forms of talk therapy. This is especially helpful when trying to resolve trauma. , My integrative approach to therapy can help you move forward. My job is not to determine your path, but rather to support, witness, and encourage the journey. I offer a free 20 min consultation.
