Using a style that is usually collaborative and gentle, but can switch to utilizing humour and challenge if that works better for you. , Together we can explore what has brought you to seek therapy and what you would like to change through the therapeutic process. I use interventions from a number of theoretical orientations (INF, EFT, CBT informed) but I am always guided by what looks and feels right for you. , Taking that next step and reaching out for help can be difficult but counselling can help. Counselling can increase your understanding of the problem, help you explore feelings and possible routes for action and set the stage for change.
