Hi! I’m Sierra. Like you I am also navigating a world of disappointment, joy, sorrow, and growth. The pressure to be perfect and stay busy can be exhausting. If you are craving rest and looking to gain understanding and insight into the places of your life that feel confusing and painful, counselling is a great place to start. It would be my joy to walk alongside you in this season. I want to meet you where you are, no matter how messy it might feel. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relational issues, trauma, addiction, grief, low self-worth, and body image. , As an art therapist and a clinical counsellor, I approach issues with an additional toolbox. Art therapy can be a powerful way of working through trauma, understanding yourself, and making sense of the world around you. It can also be fun, strength-building, and expressive. , Beginning counselling can be a challenging process. Coming this far has been a brave step that I want to honour by offering a free 15-minute consultation where you can ask me any questions about what this could look like if we are a good fit.
