Sometimes we need support navigating the complexities of life. As individuals, we experience these complexities in unique ways, often feeling alone. You may be navigating grief, anxiety, anger, fear, trauma, relational concerns, transitions, self-worth or feeling overwhelmed. My goal is to cultivate a trusting, accepting relationship that holds space for your unique story, a space where you can feel seen, accepted, supported, and valued. I hold values of trust, compassion and acceptance, and will integrate various therapeutic perspectives to meet your concerns, explore coping strategies, and find meaningful change. , I believe it is an honour to be invited into the life and story of another person. I am passionate about holding a safe and accepting space for individuals like you to explore your life and your story. Like others, I also navigate the journey of being human and have personally experienced that counselling can have a profound role in growth and healing.
