" I help people pleasers & perfectionists to feel confident and empowered in multiple areas of life such as with family, in relationships, and their career. My goal is to help you get clear on your values, and your strengths, so that you can honour healthy boundaries with yourself and others based on whats most important to you. I will help you to develop insight into the narrative that keep you in the comfort zone and to decide which parts are helpful and which ones are holding you back from your greatest fulfillment. ", Drawing from my education in counselling, kinesiology, and mindfulness, I take a brain-body-spirit approach. I incorporate theories such as CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems to help you understand how your beliefs and nervous system are impacting your decisions. Based on this, I provide you with useful tools to try in between sessions! , I believe that you have what it takes to make positive changes in your life. Sometimes you just need someone to talk through it with. My purpose is to hear your story, help you deepen your understanding, and get you reconnected to what is deeply important to you.
