Whether youre navigating loss, trauma, \nsignificant life changes, or trying to support a loved one living with mental health and/or substance use, it’s important to know you are not alone. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to talk about and process your emotions. I believe in taking a down-to-earth and compassionate approach with some humor if/when appropriate. Everyones journey is unique and Im committed to understanding yours. Together we will explore coping strategies, work through challenging emotions, and find ways to honor your experiences. ", Over the past 18 years I have dedicated my career to supporting and advocating for adults affected by mental health and substance use issues. I have extensive experience with navigating the adult mental health and substance use system, as well as the legal and criminal justice system. , I understand, personally, the overwhelming experience of grief and how difficult it can be to navigate. Your grief is valid. There is no time line to abide by, or a right or wrong way to experience it.
