You’ve taken the first step in committing to self-development and we would love to be a part of your journey. At Burns Clinical Life Options, we offer weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills training groups that will support you in managing distress, emotional regulation, improving your communication and interpersonal relationships. We treat our clients with compassion and empathy, and welcome you into our small and warm community of practitioners who value mental and emotional health. I am currently accepting new clients for DBT groups, and running a waitlist for individual counselling. , With enthusiasm, I use a framework of DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing so we may create a safe space for you to process your experiences and implement behavioral skills to change your initial reactions into mindful responses that guide you towards the version of yourself you want to be. , " I bring my most authentic self to my work and I encourage my clients to do the same.
