I have a special focus on working with those with disordered eating, eating disorders and body image concerns. I support my clients in learning new ways to connect with their body, exploring body image, eating habits, and recovery. Additionally, I have worked with those experiencing depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), relationship concerns, and family breakdown. , I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and have been working with children, youth, and adults for almost 10 years. I work from a trauma-informed lens and draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). , My approach is collaborative and flexible to meet the needs of each client.
