Are you living in survival mode?\xa0Is your nervous system stuck in fight, flight or freeze? Are you facing overwhelming challenges where you no longer see clarity?\xa0 When we use our mind to override our body, we can only be productive until our body catches up. Humans are clever at masking symptoms, but over time, it leads to burn out, nervous system dysregulation, or serious illness. Creating curiosity around self discovery leads to a reflective state of mind where we see our life goals more clearly. True authenticity and life change begins as we develop a practice of listening to what our body is saying. , I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and with a Master of Education in Counselling and Leadership. I have 20+ years experience as an educator, school counsellor and vice principal. Learning to regulate my own nervous system has allowed me to fully appreciate and hold a safe, compassionate space for those living in survival mode. , Working in collaboration with you, I will seek to empower you with an unconditional positive regard, facilitating a strong rapport without judgement, and actively support you in achieving the goals you create for an increased quality of life.
