" I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) offering individual therapy to adults both virtually and in-person (centrally located in downtown Campbell River). I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for unpacking and processing lifes challenging events, and often work with clients who have survived trauma, abuse, neglect, or other adverse experiences. Together we can foster self-awareness and gain insight into how these experiences have influenced your present-day behaviours, including the way you show up for yourself and within your relationships.
