Clinical Counsellors, Psychologists & Interns specialize in supporting children, youth, adults & couples through trauma, grief/loss, major life transitions, relational challenges, anxiety, depression, & addictions. They are adaptive with their approaches & utilize modalities including EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness/Somatic therapies, IFS, Art/Play/Nature-based therapies, & more.
